Command Reference

Everything the personal bot (@atlas_tmt_vv_bot) understands — typed or spoken.

<required> fill in [optional] can omit A|B choose one /word exact command
01

To-dos

Four categories: General, Invoices, Quotes, Backburner. Tapping the ✓ under a list also marks that item done.

/todo List every open item, all categories, with a Done button under each.
/todo general | invoices | quotes | backburner List open items in just that one category.
/todo all List everything, including items already marked done.
/todo add [Category:] <text> Add an item. Category is one of General/Invoices/Quotes/Backburner, capitalized, followed by a colon — omit it and the item goes in General. Bare /todo add asks for the text and waits for your reply.
/todo done <id> Mark an item done by its number. Bare /todo done asks which one.
You: /todo add Invoices: chase Ezekiel More re: IV10003 Atlas: Added #36: chase Ezekiel More re: IV10003
02

Schedule

Google Calendar (both accounts) merged with your open to-dos. Doesn't include Tradify jobs on its own — see §03.

/schedule Brief for tomorrow: calendar events + everything still open on the to-do list. Phrases like "what's my schedule" or "brief for tomorrow" trigger this too.
/schedule add <free text> Creates a real calendar event — describe it in plain language, date and time included, and Atlas extracts the details. Bare /schedule add asks and waits for a reply.
You: /schedule add meeting with Sarah next Tuesday at 2pm Atlas: ✅ Added to calendar: Meeting with Sarah 2026-08-18, 14:00
Full picture, not just calendar: for "what's on" or before booking a slot, ask for Tradify too (§03) — jobs don't always have a matching calendar entry.
03

Tradify brief

On-demand version of the 07:10 morning brief. Drives a real browser session, so it takes a minute or two — Atlas acks immediately, the brief follows.

/tradify Today's scheduled jobs, money owed (overdue/unpaid), draft & awaiting-acceptance quotes — both companies, Verivision CC and Tailor-Made.
04

Site photos & notes

Files photos straight into the matching client's Work folder and attaches them to the right Tradify job — one command instead of doing both by hand.

/upload <client>[, <site>][, VV|TMT] Starts a session. Comma-separate once a site is involved — client and site names can both run multiple words, so a bare space can't tell them apart. Naming the business (VV or TMT) searches only that Tradify account, which is faster than checking both.
(send photos) Each one gets staged, with a running count.
(send text) Becomes the note attached alongside the photos — or on its own, if there's nothing to photograph.
/done Finishes the session: files everything and updates Tradify.
/cancel Aborts the session — also works as a bare word, "cancel" or "kill", no slash needed.
You: /upload Kauai Head Office, Steenberg Village, VV Atlas: Found JB00099 — Kauai Head Office (Scheduled). Send photos and/or a text note, then /done. You: [3 photos] "AP replaced, tested working" You: /done Atlas: 📁 Filed 3 photo(s) to .../Steenberg Village/Photos 📤 Uploaded 3 photo(s) to JB00099 in Tradify
If Work/ isn't mounted when you hit /done, the Tradify half still goes through — the filing half queues and completes automatically once it's next mounted.
05

Voice commands

Send a voice note — it's transcribed locally, then treated as if you'd typed it. Covers everything in §01–04 and §06.

(send a voice note) Reply shows what was heard. If it's a clear instruction, it runs immediately and shows what it did too. If it's not, you just get the transcript.
/undo — typed or spoken Reverses the last action, voice- or text-triggered — deletes a to-do it just added, reopens one it just closed, flips the reaper back, cancels a session it just started, or deletes a calendar event it just created. One step of history, not a stack.
/edit <corrected text> Fixes the last action's text IN PLACE instead of undo-then-redo — e.g. a misheard word in a just-added to-do. Only works on a just-added to-do right now; anything else, use /undo instead.
🎤 You said: "remind me at 7:30am for Sacks quote" Atlas: 🎤 "remind me at 7:30am for sex quote" → /todoadd Remind me at 7:30am for sex quote Added #39: Remind me at 7:30am for sex quote You: /edit Remind me at 7:30am for Sacks quote Atlas: Edited #39: "...for sex quote" → "...for Sacks quote"
Runs immediately, nothing to confirm first. A misheard word can create a wrong to-do or wrong calendar event — /undo or /edit right after if something looks off. Low-confidence transcriptions get flagged with ⚠, but still run.
Mid-/upload, a voice note skips command-guessing entirely and becomes a note (or "cancel") for that session — never routed anywhere else.
06

Chrome tab reaper

Closes Chrome tabs older than 30 minutes, checked every 2 minutes, so browser automation doesn't get starved of RAM. Age-based, not activity-based — a tab you're actively reading can still get closed if it's been open that long.

/reaper on Turn it on — for when you're out on site and automation runs unattended.
/reaper off Turn it off — for when you're at the office actively using the browser yourself.
/reaper status Check whether it's currently on or off.
07

Mail reply drafting

Only works as a reply to an Atlas new-mail alert — not a standalone command.

(reply to a mail alert) Say how to respond — Atlas drafts a full reply from the original email plus your note, and posts the draft back.
(reply "send") Sends the draft, from the original recipient's own mailbox, properly threaded.
(reply anything else) Treated as revision feedback — produces a new draft. Nothing sends without an explicit "send".
08

Long recordings

Not Telegram — voice notes are capped at 20MB by Telegram itself, too small for a meeting. Email instead.

TRANSCRIBE in the subject line Email the recording to atlas@tailormadetechnology.co.za with TRANSCRIBE somewhere in the subject. The transcript comes back on Telegram as a downloadable .txt file — checked every 5 minutes, and a long recording can take 20–45 minutes to process.
09

Anything else

A message that isn't one of the above is answered as a question about Mo's Franchises — site status, addresses, manager contacts — read-only, no file or Tradify access from this path.

(ask a question) e.g. "is Steenberg Village online" or "what's the WiFi at BRFC".
(ask for a contact) Asking for a site manager's number sends a real tap-to-call contact card, not just text.
